50+ listings: get organised like a pro

The first drama of a growing seller isn't selling — it's not finding the item that sold. Cancelling because "item not found" means a negative review and a lost buyer.

The SKU reference: 30 seconds that change everything

Give every item a number (#1, #2, #3…) and write it on a small card photographed with the garment. The number goes in the listing title, the item goes in a numbered bin. Sold = read the title, open the bin, done.

Bins, not piles

• One bin = one number range (#1-50, #51-100…);
• Items flat in sleeves or folded vertically — never stacked;
• A "shot but not yet listed" bin so nothing falls through the cracks.

A weekly routine that holds

One photo slot (everything at once, same light), one listing slot (spread through the week — the algorithm likes it), one shipping slot. Three fixed appointments instead of daily chaos: that's what separates a clearout from a regular seller.
