Labels and fabrics: reading a garment like a pro

Two jumpers can look identical in photos — one is worth £7, the other £40. The difference is on the label — if you know how to read it.

Fabric changes the price

Merino wool, cashmere, linen, leather, silk: those words in a title multiply the searches that find you. 100% acrylic and 100% lambswool look the same in a photo; the price gap is 1 to 4. Always photograph the composition label.

The mentions that sell

"Pure new wool", "Harris Tweed", "Gore-Tex": these labels have dedicated searchers on Vinted. If they're on the label, they belong in your title.

That's exactly what Frishot's Expert mode does: up to 10 photos analysed, labels included, to date and value the pieces that deserve it.
