From wardrobe clear-out to regular seller: getting organised without losing your evenings
Anyone can clear out a wardrobe. Running 50, 100, 300 live listings without drowning is another craft — and it can be learned.
Stock you can find again
The regular seller's first pain: finding the item that just sold. The universal fix is the inventory number: every piece gets a number (#0042), stored in numbered bins, the number at the end of the listing title. Sale = bin + number = thirty seconds.
A routine, not marathons
- Photograph in batches: 15-20 pieces at once, same light, same background — sort afterwards;
- List a little every day rather than 40 items on Sunday: Vinted's algorithm favours active wardrobes;
- Set reply slots morning and evening instead of being on it all day.
Track your numbers
Purchase price, sale price, fees: without those three columns you can't know if your margin is real. That's where tools take over from the spreadsheet — Fripilot tracks sales, stock and accounts automatically, and Frishot removes the writing, the slowest job of all. The golden rule: every hour saved on admin is an hour for sourcing — and sourcing is what makes the money.
