Privacy policy

What we collect

Account: email address and password (hashed). Service: the photos you upload for analysis (reduced copies), the generated listings, the credit ledger and payments (via Stripe — we never see your card).

Your photos

Originals stay on your device: only reduced copies (1600 px max) are transmitted. They are used solely to generate your listing and are automatically deleted 90 days after the item's last activity. You can delete an item (and its photos) at any time from the app.

Processors

Anthropic (AI analysis — images are processed on the fly, no model training on your data), Stripe (payments), IONOS (EU hosting).

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, portability: write to contact@sunhat.fr. Deleting your account erases your photos and listings. You can unsubscribe from emails in one click (link at the bottom of each).

Cookies

A single session cookie, strictly required for the service to work. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
