Terms of sale and terms of use
Effective 7 October 2026 — apply to purchases on frishot.co.uk (prices in pounds sterling).
1. The service
Frishot generates listings (text and structured fields) from the photos you upload, using artificial intelligence. The service works with credits: 1 credit = 1 standard analysis (up to 4 photos); the expert analysis (up to 10 photos) uses 2; the full analysis (up to 20 photos, everything is read) uses 3. A credit is only charged when the analysis succeeds. New accounts receive free trial credits, once per person.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include 20% UK VAT (SUNHAT DEV is UK VAT registered — VAT No. GB 530420246). The total price is shown before you pay. Payment by card via Stripe; we never see your card details. A VAT invoice is issued for every payment. Credit packs never expire. Account linked to Fripilot: credits included in a Fripilot plan are granted per Fripilot billing period (10, 40, 100 or 200 depending on the plan; 10 during the trial, 10 more once a card is saved), used before purchased credits, and expire at the end of the period, when the Fripilot subscription or trial ends, on non-payment, or if the accounts are unlinked; they are neither carried over nor refundable. Credits purchased on Frishot remain yours. For a linked account, the eBay channel is managed in Fripilot.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions (Essentiel, Atelier, Studio) are monthly: they are charged when you subscribe and then automatically renew every month until you cancel, and monthly credits are granted for each paid period. You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from My account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change, and you may cancel before it applies.
4. Your right to cancel (consumers)
Credits are digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your 14-day right to cancel for the credits delivered (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). This is confirmed in your purchase email. This does not affect your statutory rights below.
5. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be supplied with reasonable care and skill. If an analysis fails or is clearly faulty, contact us: we will restore the credit or offer a refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If a refund is made, the corresponding credits are removed from your account.
6. Your responsibility for listings
Generated listings are suggestions: you review them and remain responsible for what you publish on third-party platforms, for the price you set and for the compliance of your sales. Frishot is not affiliated with Vinted and does not guarantee any sales outcome.
7. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded or limited by law. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for decisions taken by third-party platforms (Vinted, eBay) about your accounts, except where caused by our own breach. If you use Frishot for business purposes, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Your account (terms of use)
You must be at least 18. One account per person, accurate information, confidential password. A Vinted shop can only be linked to one Frishot account. Creating multiple accounts to stack trial credits, payment fraud or any abusive use of the service (bypassing limits, reselling credits) may lead to account suspension, after notice where reasonable, without refund of free credits. Purchased credits are refunded pro rata if we close the account through no fault of yours.
9. Using the service and the extension
Frishot prepares listings and, through the FriShot Connect extension, can pre-fill the Vinted form and save a draft within your own browser session. Putting an item on sale (clicking "Sell") is always your own action. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you publish on. Frishot never asks for your Vinted credentials and never logs in on your behalf.
eBay. Any account that has purchased at least one credit pack (or subscribed) can connect its own eBay seller account (OAuth consent granted on eBay, no eBay password ever typed into Frishot) and publish listings there at no extra credit. Frishot then sends eBay the title, description, price, item specifics and copies of the photos, creates on your behalf a shipping location and default fulfilment, return and payment policies (editable in your eBay Seller Hub), and may withdraw an eBay listing when the matching item sells on Vinted. Fees, quotas, shipping, disputes and compliance with eBay's rules fall under your agreement with eBay. An eBay sale is notified by email: removing the matching Vinted listing remains your own action. Disconnecting eBay does not unpublish anything. This feature is a launch offer and may change with one month's notice.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that the service will never be interrupted (maintenance, third-party dependencies such as Stripe, Anthropic or the platforms). The service evolves; we will not remove a core feature you have paid for without telling you in advance.
11. Complaints and governing law
Complaints: contact@sunhat.fr — we reply within 72 working hours and try to resolve every issue amicably. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider and do not currently do so.
If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts (the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland). If you are a business customer, these terms are governed by French law and the French courts have jurisdiction.
