Terms of sale and terms of use

Effective 2 August 2026 — apply to any purchase on frishot.fr, frishot.com and frishot.co.uk.

1. The service

Frishot generates listings (text and structured fields) from the photos you upload, using artificial intelligence. The service works with credits: 1 credit = 1 standard analysis (up to 4 photos); the expert analysis (up to 10 photos) uses 2; the full analysis (up to 20 photos, everything is read) uses 3. A credit is only charged when the analysis succeeds.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros on frishot.fr (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code) and in pounds sterling including 20% UK VAT on frishot.co.uk. Payment by card via Stripe. Credit packs never expire. Subscriptions (Essentiel, Atelier, Studio) are monthly, cancellable at any time and end at the current billing period; monthly credits are granted for each paid period.

3. Right of withdrawal

As the service is digital content supplied immediately, by confirming your purchase you request immediate performance and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for the credits delivered. This waiver is restated at checkout.

4. Refunds and complaints

If a refund is granted, the corresponding credits are removed from the account. For any complaint: contact@sunhat.fr (reply within 72 working hours).

5. Consumer mediation

Under French consumer law (articles L611-1 et seq.), consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The contact details of the mediator chosen by SUNHAT DEV are available on request at contact@sunhat.fr and will be published on this page once the membership is finalised. The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

6. Liability

Generated listings are suggestions: you review them and remain solely responsible for what you publish on third-party platforms, for the price you set and for the compliance of your sales. Frishot is not affiliated with Vinted and does not guarantee any sales outcome.

7. Your account (terms of use)

One account per person, accurate information, confidential password. A Vinted shop can only be linked to one Frishot account. Trial credits are offered once per person: creating multiple accounts to stack them, payment fraud or any abusive use of the service (bypassing limits, reselling credits) may lead to account suspension, without refund of the free credits. Purchased credits remain due, or are refunded pro rata if we terminate the account through no fault of yours.

8. Using the service and the extension

Frishot prepares listings and, through the FriShot Connect extension, can pre-fill the Vinted form and save a draft within your own browser session. Putting an item on sale (clicking "Sell") is always your own action. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you publish on. Frishot never asks for your Vinted credentials and never logs in on your behalf.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", with a high availability target but no guarantee of continuity (maintenance, third-party dependencies: Stripe, Anthropic, platforms). Features may change; price drops do not give rise to refunds of the difference.

10. Governing law

French law. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence. Failing an amicable settlement (and after mediation, see §5), the French courts have jurisdiction.
